Discounted group ticket purchases and the extended student ambassadors deadline for Women Engineers Code Conference, the largest student-run Women in Computer Science conference in the nation (February 22-24, 2019):
1) Because we are committed to the students’ attendance, we’d love to offer our tickets at a discounted price. We’d like to offer the following:
-
5% for 5-15 tickets
-
10% for more than 15 tickets
If students from your college are interested, please email harvardwecode@gmail.com with the number of tickets you’d like reserved and the best method of payment.
2) The deadline to become a Student Ambassador has been extended to DECEMBER 1st. Student ambassadors are the point of contact for their school and will purchase group tickets for all the attendees from their school. It will also be mandatory for them to publicize WECode 2019 to at least five mailing lists or social media groups (to provide proof of pubbing, please bcc pub.wecode@gmail.com when emailing mailing lists and send pub.wecode@gmail.com a screenshot when you pub to social media groups). In return for their work, student ambassadors will receive a free ticket. If your college does not already have a student ambassador, please direct any interested students to email harvardwecode@gmail.com.
For information about dates and possible events (our schedule is not finalized yet), please visit our website at wecodeharvard.org. Ticket sales are now open via our Eventbrite link (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/
