RIT’s Future Faculty Career Exploration Program is an innovative career development program designed to fuel the future pipeline of faculty at the Rochester Institute of Technology. This highly competitive, all-expense-paid program is an opportunity for historically underrepresented minority scholars nearing the end of their doctoral or MFA studies, as well as postdocs and junior faculty, to come to Rochester, New York, and experience life as an RIT faculty member.
