Two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in Computer Engineering in the School of Engineering at San Francisco State University (SFSU) with potential candidates. The positions will begin in August 2020.
SFSU is located in San Francisco–one of the world’s most vibrant and beautiful cities. It is a campus of the California State University (CSU) system and serves a diverse student body of 30,000 undergraduate and graduate students. The School of Engineering at SFSU is the only 4-year Engineering school in the city of San Francisco and has been a talent reservoir that serves a myriad of industries in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout California.
The School of Engineering seeks individuals with a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering or a closely related field and with a research specialty in the areas that include but are not limited to: Internet of things (IoT), computer architecture, mobile/edge computing, embedded artificial intelligence, real-time operating systems, and cyber-physical systems.
